Chamot and C.W. Mason in their “Handbook of Chemical Microscopy” Volumes I and II. Set No. 1 and Set No. 2 correspond to the materials listed in these volumes, respectively. (Please note that Set No. 1 is not listed in the 4th Edition of Volume 1, but due to popular demand, it is continued as a stock item).

Each Set contains approximately 1/2 cc of 60 different materials contained in labeled, glass, screw-thread vials, with plastic closures in a tiered wooden case. A material listing chart on the inside of the lid is indexed to the vials for easy and rapid location and retrieval. The Sets are supplied complete with two tapered glass applicator rods for manipulation and control on the microscope stage.
